"In Canton Fair this year, our sales volume still increases under the over-all bad situation. ” Recently, a reporter learnt from QGM that in Bauma China Exhibition this year, QGM and German ZENITH would join hands to exhibit the newly-developed ZENITH 1500 Block Machine, 844 and 913 pallet-free block machine.

Fu Binghuang, the chairman of QGM, says that ZENITH 1500 Block Machine stands for the most advanced block machine in the whole world nowadays, and it is another piece of good news after the successful acquisition of German ZENITH, which brings a great surprise to the block machine industry in China.

QGM acquired ZENITH with only equity change
In September, 2013, QGM established Q&G Maschinenbau GmbH and not only acquired OMAG’s technology patents, but also undertook the whole technology R&D, sales,
manufacture and managerial personnel. July 1, 2014 is a day worthy of remembering for the block machine industry in China. German ZENITH company(Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH referred to as ZENITH) is a well-known old brand for supplier of concrete block machine and complete equipment with the history of more than 60 years.

On April 1, 2014, asset transfer agreement was signed by both parties. On July 1, in the headquarter of ZENITH in Siegen of Germany, Fu Xinyuan, the general manager of German Q&G company, hosted the first all staff meeting after taking over
ZENITH and declared the successful transfer of ZENITH ownership.

After the acquisition of ZENITH, QGM Group wholly owns three subsidiaries: Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd(QGM for short), ZENITH Maschinenfabrik GmbH(ZENITH Neunkirchen for short) and ZENITH Emden GmbH(ZENITH Emden for short). When QGM acquired the two German companies, it also purchased 66666.7m² industrial land in Germany and a more modern factory is building now.

The reporter learnt that Although German ZENITH made bankruptcy reorganization in 2004, which made company downsize, its brand, technology, customers and market were not lost. In nearly a decade, the company operates smoothly, gaining profits under the joint efforts of supervisor and management.

It is also reported that although equity holder changes, Q&G is not involved in the management and there is not any change in ZENITH’s management and technicians, which does not affect its normal operation. In other words, ZENITH is still an independently operated company.

ZENITH 1500 continuously leads the industry

On the day when QGM’s ZENITH company celebrated its first anniversary, QGM held the ZENITH 1500 introduction meeting in Emden, a famous harbor city in Germany. On October 23,more than 160 people from a dozen different new and old
customers, suppliers and other people attended the meeting.

It was reported that ZENITH 1500 had the following advantages: unique feeding technology; brand-new high dynamic vibration technology; no welding structure in vibration table, vibration beam and racks for various customers’ needs.

In this meeting, Q&G company showed gratitude to all walks of life in Germany for their support and trust. During the spot demonstration, the performance of ZENITH 1500 received customers’ recognition for its super fast forming speed and high dynamic vibration technology.

It was also reported that German ZENITH, established in 1953, had have almost 8000 customers. For over half a century, its block machine’s quality of finished products and performance have enjoyed global reputation, especially its pallet-free stationary or mobile concrete block machine, which is still the incomparable pioneer of the industry in the world. In addition, ZENITH 913 mobile block machine has been produced over 6000 pieces, which is known for producing wall bricks. Chinese mainland has introduced 10 pieces of ZENITH machine(second-hand equipment not included) including 940 mobile block machine and 844 stationary block machine. 940 block machine can produce not only normal concrete blocks, insulation blocks, curbstone, but also
pallet-free multilayer pavers. Also, its maximum height of production can reach
1000mm, which means that it can produce concrete drainage pipe, curbstone. The
biggest advantage for 844 block machine is that it can produce pallet-free
concrete pavers with fully automatic production line of automatic stacking and
curing room.

QGM moves internationally, quickly becoming the largest
multinational enterprise in concrete block making industry.

Through many years’ market expansion at home and abroad, QGM, as one of the earliest suppliers for concrete block machine in China, not only has accumulated precious experience, but also expanded global horizons.

Fu Binghuang, as chairman of QGM, said one year ago, QGM made the first step for international company by recruiting staff from bankrupt German Besser and OMAG, and establishing Q&G machinery company in Germany. After one year’s operation, Q&G not only had orders of complete equipment for concrete block production line but also provided previous OMAG’s customers with spare parts and technical services. Also, new plant and office building was being under construction.

Through the acquisition of German ZENITH, QGM is quickly becoming a mutinational group. Nowadays, QGM’s three subsidiary companies respectively own two German R&D and manufacturing bases and one Chinese manufacturing base. The factory under construction in Emden and the ZENITH factory in Siegen will be adjusted to offer higher quality products to global customers with higher efficiency. Meanwhile,
the parent company in Quanzhou is also building the brand new headquarter building and modern factory, predicted to be completed by the end of 2015.
